Legal
Website Terms
Effective: 23 August 2026
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern id.myaddress.cc, MyAddress ID accounts, connected sign-ins, and developer features operated by Kequtech Innovations Kft. By accessing or using MyAddress ID, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Your account
You must use an email address you are entitled to control and provide accurate information. You are responsible for access to that address, your active sessions, and activity performed through your account. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Passwordless email is the primary sign-in method. Optional Google or GitHub sign-in is a convenience and is also subject to that provider’s terms. Availability of any optional method may change.
Connected applications
MyAddress ID shows the identity of a requesting application and asks for approval before making a connection. The application then receives a relationship-specific identifier and generated MyAddress address, not the private sign-in email. You may review or remove connections from the account surface. Removing a connection does not automatically delete data already held by the other application; its own terms and privacy notice apply.
Developer use
A registered application must use the published OpenID Connect and message interfaces only for its declared service, protect its client credentials, validate protocol responses, use approved redirect addresses, and comply with applicable law. Registration limits, rate limits, message limits, and domain-verification requirements may be enforced to protect users and the service.
Acceptable use
You must not use MyAddress ID to:
- break the law, deceive or impersonate another person, or infringe third-party rights;
- send spam, malicious content, harassment, or unauthorised automated messages;
- probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer security or access controls; or
- sell, sublicense, scrape, or exploit the service beyond its intended account and sign-in use.
Kequtech may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service integrity, or a material breach of these terms.
Service availability and account closure
MyAddress ID is currently provided without charge. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued, and no particular level of availability is promised. Planned material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
You may request account closure and deletion through [email protected]. Closing MyAddress ID also ends connected sign-ins and access to associated MyAddress services, including Mail, so you should preserve anything you need first.
Intellectual property and liability
Kequtech and its licensors retain all rights in the service, its software, design, and branding. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service while they apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Kequtech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party services, or loss caused by misuse or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes, law, and contact
Kequtech may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after the updated version is published means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
Hungarian law governs these terms, without depriving an EEA consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable procedural and consumer law. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
